As a part of FDW’s focus on diversity and inclusion, this month’s theme explores the spectrum of gender identity and sexual orientation. The FDW is honored to have members of PFLAG Peachtree City participate in this meeting. PFLAG is the US’ largest organization for parents, families, friends, and allies united with people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or queer. PFLAG Peachtree City will share their stories and discuss issues surrounding sexual identity, including family dynamics, public perceptions, misinformation, and societal attitudes. After the panel there will be time for Q & A and political updates. Members of the FDW seek to educate themselves and build broader understanding about issues that are politically relevant to its membership. Please invite friends to attend.
