GEORGIA TURNED BLUE IN 2020, ELECTING THE FIRST DEMOCRATIC PRESIDENT IN 34 YEARS AND THE FIRST WOMAN OF COLOR AS THE VICE PRESIDENT IN HERSTORY. WE ALSO SENT TWO DEMOCRAT SENATORS TO WASHINGTON, CONFIRMING IN RUNOFFS THE WILL OF THE GEORGIAN VOTERS.

Members of Fayette Democratic Women and the Fayette County Democratic Committee worked hard for those victories, and had a lot of fun along the way. Scroll down to see snippets of our activities and impact in 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Much of the credit is due to Stacy Abrams amazing vision, leadership, and hard work at FAIR FIGHT.
In light of the horror of the insurrection on January 6th, her tweet says it all and renews our HOPE and EXCITEMENT for 2021.

We knocked on doors, made phone calls, sent postcards, and protected our polls. Members of Fayette Democratic Women and the Fayette County Democratic Committee worked hard and had a lot of fun along the way. Check it out and Join us.

Phone Bank to Register Democrats in Georgia!

We need more voters. Republicans have tried every way they can to make it harder to register and vote in the coming election.
FDW is joining forces with Mobilize to participate in getting more people registered to vote. They provide training, the list, and the community of support.
Every Tuesday at 3pm you can join others to call unregistered voters and tell them how easy it is to go online to register, and answer other questions as needed.
Moderators are on hand to assist. Easy Peasy
