The September program topic was “Immigration”.  Geraldine Carolan, a retired attorney and Pro-bono immigration lawyer shared an inspiring, and informative presentation on DACA, understanding what is happening to GA Detainees in Lumpkin County and what can be done for DACA residents.  Additionally, Catherine Sanderson, a Family Attorney in Fayetteville also shared her observations from her visit to the Georgia’s Detainee facility for immigrants.
